Terms and Conditions:

 1. Originality of Collection:

The Designer shall provide a minimum of twenty (20) looks that have not been previously presented at any fashion week or fashion-related event.

 2. Brand Eligibility:

The Designer’s brand must be legally registered with a valid commercial registration, and must have maintained active market presence for a minimum of two (2) years.

 3. Accessories and Jewelry:

It is the sole responsibility of the Designer to supply all jewelry, accessories, and related items necessary to complement and complete the presented looks.

 4. Compliance with “Abde’a” Terms:

The Designer agrees to abide by the applicable terms and conditions set forth by “Abde’a,” as detailed in the following link: https://abdea.moc.gov.sa/permits/fashion/fashion-show-permit

 5. Submission of Collection Materials:

The Designer shall submit a collection mood board illustrating the overarching creative concept.

  6. Sketch Requirements:

The Designer shall provide a minimum of eight (8) sketches, accurately representing the designs to be showcased.

  1. أصالة المجموعة:

يتعين على المصمم تقديم ما لا يقل عن عشرين (20) إطلالة خاصة لم يسبق عرضها في أي أسبوع أزياء أو فعالية متعلقة بالأزياء.

2. أهلية العلامة التجارية:

يجب أن تكون العلامة التجارية للمصمم مسجلة قانونياً ولديها سجل تجاري ساري المفعول، وأن تكون نشطة في السوق لمدة لا تقل عن سنتين (2).

3. الإكسسوارات والمجوهرات:

يتحمل المصمم وحده مسؤولية توفير المجوهرات والإكسسوارات وكافة العناصر المكملة اللازمة لاستكمال الإطلالات المعروضة.

4. الامتثال لشروط “أبدع”

يتحمل المصمم وحده مسؤولية توفير المجوهرات والإكسسوارات وكافة العناصر المكملة اللازمة لاستكمال الإطلالات المعروضة.

4. الامتثال لشروط “أبدع”:

يلتزم المصمم بالامتثال للشروط والأحكام المنصوص عليها من قبل منصة “أبدع”، وفقاً للتفاصيل الموضحة في الرابط التالي: https://abdea.moc.gov.sa/permits/fashion/fashion-show-permit

5. تقديم مواد المجموعة:

يجب على المصمم تقديم (Mood Board) تعكس المفهوم الإبداعي العام للمجموعة.

6. متطلبات الرسومات التخطيطية:

يجب على المصمم تقديم ما لا يقل عن ثمان (8) رسومات تخطيطية (sketches) تُظهر التصاميم المتوقع عرضها بدقة.
